Is this a good buy?

Hey Yall!

I’m looking for a good commuter / light gravel trail bike. Where I live it can get a bit icy and snowy so I thought a decent gravel bike would be the best fit and have the most versatility.
I also live in quite a hilly area so i think a wide gear range will be helpful. Speed is not super important to me, more comfort and handling since I will be biking in downtown areas when not in the parks.

This is a little more than I want to spend considering I will also be getting it tuned and probably put flat pedals on it, but I love the look and have read some good reviews.

Pretty new to biking so any tips and upgrade suggestions are useful!
