  2. A mister in specsavers told me caffeine tends to stay in yer system for bout 10 to 15 hrs so avin a coffee late mucks up yer sleep….. so decaf cures it…..

  3. Read up on how good dark chocolate is for you and it might calm your brain a bit. Also look into cacao nibs as they are delicious and also very good for you.

Molly is good at running, you have a sporty family. Kyle is great as well, and your Mum. Happy for you that you are going to visit Molly in the States. Shame Kyle can't go. Watched your family outing, from 4 months ago. Amy your Dad is so funny, and like that your Mum takes your little dog on the back of her bike..   5. I run 10K every morning but had to come back after just 6K today as there was just so much ice everywhere along my usual route. It looks like it will stay icy in the morning for the rest of this week, so I am happy that I got myself a Zwift rider and a nice indoor setup for Christmas so I can still get some good sessions under the belt even if it is icy and slippery outside.

  6. Thank you for your honesty about your struggles. So important recognizing why we do what we do. My therapist thinks that I enjoy cycling because when I’m on the bike, I’m simply in the moment and it gives me relief from my anxiety. Great vid.

Kyle, hang in there pal, im on your side but next time wear long pantsπŸ˜‰ …well done to mom too! I'll be over here escaping the brutal cold were having, and btw, Boston is further north from me and is much colder

  10. Hi from Canada Miss Amy And Mr. Kyle. I have made a few comments on videos and thought that this was a good time to come clean. Even though we have different illnesses, we battle a common foe. A month and a half before I turned 26 I was struck down by an acute onset of schizo-affective disorder. I was sent for a loop for sure! Skipping most of the detail that you can probably guess, I decided after my last hospital visit that I wasn't faffin around any more!! I was going to get better. 6 years later I was taken off the anti-depressants because I didn't need them anymore. But I was still on 40mg/day of anti-psychotics. Then I got a doctor that decided that 40 was too much, an overdose for that med. He brought me down to 10mg/day. I have been cruising ever since. I started resistance training with bands and doing calisthenics and also, as you know, cycling again after many years. I quit smoking those rotten stinkin' cigarettes. I quit drinking alcohol and smoking pot. I even changed my diet to plant-based!! I am a completely new man.. literally!! haha I enjoy your channel because you are an over-comer and an encourager..

  11. Decaf still has caffeine and it will vary so you'll never be sure of the dosage. Cacao is similar to caffeine but has less side effects so it's like a milder version, but if you take real cacao drinks it's easy to abuse that too. Most hot cocos don't have allot of real cacao so besides a sugar rush it's not doing much.

  12. Hi I cycle along that canal every day to work at stretton you do have to watch out for low bridges I clipped it couple years ago and me and my bike went in the canal scarey at the but i can laugh πŸ˜† now

  13. I used to get blisters until I started using double layered socks, which is just like wearing 2 socks at a time, it really works. I guess there's no longer any friction between the sock and the skin
