This is not an ElectricโกEel
But most electrical current dies with the host. Or it dissipates quickly when the generator of electricity is De-energized. There are occasions when devices will store current after the feed is shut down or removed. Like capacitors for instance, some transformers can hold stray voltage & obviously batteries are excellent at storing electricity until its havested.
So i would bet that an electricโกeel (that died very recently) could still generate enough current to shock an individual under the right circumstances.
