A light. That would probably use up your whole budget.

cold weather water proof clothing. most likely pants, or a shell. maybe boot covers if they have them in stock but that’s usually an online order kind of thing.

$100 at REI? Could you get a tube patch kit for that? Spare tire wrenches if they’re on sale?
Jokes aside, field repair gear is nice to have! And as a dude that doesn’t spend as much time in the saddle as I would like, a pair of cycling shorts geared towards mountain bikers (i.e. not spandex) has been welcome. Maybe it’s time to get a new helmet that you’ll actually wear and $100 will get you most of the way there.

I’d prly just sit on it and hit the clearance rack and resupply section over and over till I found something I really wanted! There’s some nice stuff there from time to time

They just discontinued most of their house brand bike bags so outside of maintenance and repair stuff I have no recommendations outside of a few topeak cargo nets and fancy instant coffee lol

Maybe 80% of a saddle?
I would probably just keep it and occasionally look at their clearance website until there was some clothing that I liked or a random light seemed worth the cost.
Oh, I would hold onto it until I needed something that only sells at full msrp everywhere, like Garmin.

I used some dividend for pedals. It’s not a great store for bike stuff, but is ok for non-specific components. Maybe a rack or smaller Relavate bag.

Probably a headlamp for night riding.

Mine has a decent shop, so all the stuff I don’t like doing… hydro brakes and sizing cables mainly. If gear, good socks and nice gloves.

if you’re commuting, i’d probably go with fenders. SKS are my preferred. Installation takes time and patience but can be done. be sure to get ones wide enough for the tires you’re using.
