It a cup and square taper bb just a crank puller than an adjutable wrench and some penetrating fluid
A lockring spanner like HCW-5, and a pin spanner like HCW-4 or an adjustable one.
Park Tool HCW5 & HCW4.
Is it an old Spesh Rockhopper by any chance?
