I had a crash with my bike and my front wheel became untrue. It is a Canyon Roadlite with original rims, with Iridium brand.

Probably fixable.

I would check it visually for any damage first due to the crash. If the wheel itself is dented or cracked it will be hard to true up and dangerous to keep riding on. Otherwise a bike shop should be able to re-tension your wheel pretty easily.

From this perspective, it doesn’t look too bad, but it’s hard to see and if the rim is bent, severely dented, or otherwise damaged, it will no longer be stable even if trued and has to be replaced. Have you tried truing it yet?
Considering that these are stock wheels, upgrading to a nicer wheel might turn out to be better than replacing the rim.
