Yes. That’s a hollow tech II bottom bracket (10 speed Dura Ace). You can put any hollowtech II road crank in there including 11 speed.
The frame is English threaded so easy to replace that BB anyway.
Yes. But a new BB costs 20 bucks. I would just replace it.
