20.6lbs without water bottle but including bottle cage. If I get a carbon wheelset I would probably get to 20lbs. Thinking of the Aeolus pro 3v or the Aeolus 2 XXX prefer the latter because they are through skew and lighter but not as wide as the 3v and 3v uses thruaxel so I’ll need an adapter which will add weight. Not sure why trek didn’t use thruaxel on the new fx sports since the older models did have thruaxel.

The seat post made a huge difference in comfort but the carbon handlebar didn’t make a significant difference. I thing the isozone aluminum bars are more comfortable.
The reason I have aluminum wheels is because this is a new frame that replaced my fx sport 5. Trek is truly the best bike brand with incredible customer service. Which is why I will only buy Treks. The trek store in Miami did an incredible job swapping the frame and answered the 5,000 questions I had.
