Hello Guys, I want to do my first 70.3 in 1 year. Now I am looking for a road bike.
I am a complete beginner and really unsure on what to Look for, when buying a bike. I did look for some used bikes and came here to ask for advice for the best bikes out of my list.

Or if I just should get a new one. My Price Range is something around 700€-1200€.
But I also want to move it indoors using a Trainer and zwyft.
Thank you!

Buying used is a fantastic way to get a nice bike at a discount, I prefer them over new. I would personally go for the Cannondale, it’s a perfect bike for beginners or experts. 11 speed 105 is all you need, Caad frames are considered some of the best AL frames and disc brakes are better than rim and more modern and easier to sell. I think cycling will be more of a chore if you start with a TT bike, they are not comfortable and not made for casual riding, a great road bike with aero bars will work great for a first TT, if you decide you want to get more serious about Tri’s you can find a TT bike in the future
