It’s a Fit Bike which j believe is okay. I haven’t rode (hard) in over 20 years. I have a PK Ripper currently that I sometimes pedal about but nothing serious. I want something to get back to the skatepark with so I can practice in bowls and doing some street tricks.

You can ride any bike at the park, although frame geometry and parts reliability does come into consideration, depends on your skill level. I’ve never seen a front brake only setup, so I’m not sure what that’s about. The bike you posted looks like a complete, FIT PRK – so yeah, you can certainly ride it at the park, although the frame is not 100% chromoly. I’d ask $150 or less.
