A little on the high side. It’s not vintage (~2008), it’s aluminum, and it’s not disc compatible which is sort of the worst in terms of desirability. It’s also missing the sweet steel P2 straight blade fork. Wheel size will be limited and tire clearance probably won’t be more than maybe 700×45. I’d offer $50 and settle in the middle.
Definitely check for dents, cracks, any visual damage to bb threads or head tube mating surfaces. Don’t want to have to pay a shop $80 to chase or reface your sub-$100 frame.
(This is from that weird in-between phase where disc brakes had become standard for MTB but were illegal in UCI sanctioned cyclocross, so most mass market cross bikes were still sporting cantilever rim brakes, which were said to shed mud and offer better clearance than Vs)

Loved my Jake the Snake from 2006! I had a disc fork and v-brakes in the rear. Not sure if this is Easton alu like mine, but mine was surprisingly light for a 58.

You can haggle but if you settle on 100 it’s ok, they’re great frames. You could use the opportunity to upgrade the fork to carbon and disc.

I’d consider $100 if it had a fork.. as is? I might pay $50 if I liked the color and it was the right size. I mean, even if it were a built up frame with midtier components from the same time frame, I wouldn’t pay more than $250 for it with a fork, wheels, groupset unless there were some good upgrades.
