Surely you could have stayed more to the right, rather than ride in the middle of the path. And perhaps you should not shift to the left to avoid a miniscule crack without atleast shoulder checking. Or are you riding a wide cargobike? Drivers who drive in the middle of two lanes and make sudden moves aren't popular either. Respect goes both ways. Slower riders cannot cycle as if alone. Going slow does not free you and put all responsibility onto faster riders. Faster riders should bare a bigger burden perhaps, but certainly not all of it. Considering the unfortunate timing of you shifting left, you both share the blame for the close pass, and his shacking fist/handsign is a fitting punishment.
The taxi is stopped were no vehicle should normally be stopped if they adhered to rules and good practices. Likely they both had green, and the right-turning taxi should yield to the crossing cyclists by law. Unfortunately we can't say from this footage how late or early either party arrived to determine if the cyclists loud complaint is fair (ie morally right as opposed to legally right).
