The Scott looks to be the superior bike, hard to tell from your images
I would pick the Scott as i can see a RockShocks Fork. Hollow NX Bottom Bracket/cranks, Clean 10spd 1X transmission. It looks good. I hope its like 150-250 bucks!
both 1X drivetrains. Do both have Juice brakes? Otherwise, which one feels better/fits better

Scott please. Rockrider is a mark usually sold through decathlon and for beginner or max. “very early enthusiast”.
Scott make a lot more serious bikes.
