It’s more than ok. Maybe you can find something from the ’90s/early 2000s for a bit less because those vintage bikes are a bit overpriced because of famous races like Eroica. Anyway it’s a cool bike and it seems to be in very good conditions

‘from city to city’ – you mean the same city right?
This is a great commuter and bike to get round town, but I wouldn’t want to be doing more than 20ish km on the reg on this type of bike

Probably, but it may not be worth the price. Especially when it appears there’s a large patch of paint missing on the seat tube- my guess is that the seatpost got stuck at some point and they had to take a torch to the seat tube to get it loosened up.
