Scratch and Repair ??

Went away for the week and had to go through TSA and all that jazz. They opened my bike case and I guess when closing it again they must have misaligned the rod that holds the wheels and it went right into the frame. Now, it’s just chipped paint but I am not familiar with
this type of repair. Would a regular bike shop be able to fix this? How much would you assume something like this run for? I’m located in NY and the airport was the beautiful and always under construction: JFK. (Sarcasm)
