  1. Trying to drive while drunk is a shameful nasty thing to do. All normal people avoid doing it. Trying to drive while using a phone? Many people just don't think it's a problem. They're wrong, of course: it's as bad as drink-driving. But until the public's mind can be changed on this subject, people are gonna carry on thinking they're not really doing anything wrong. Mikey, you're the ONLY person I ever see trying to get the message across. Where are the road-safety organisations? There should be billboards, tv and online ads to support your efforts.

  2. I guess giving that she'd be pretty much unaware of what was going on around her vehicle due to the phone use the fact she also wouldn't be able to see anything (due to reading glasses being on) doesn't seem quite as bad even if it somehow does show a certain level of determination to break the law and selfishly endanger other road users.

  3. lovely !!!!!! anyone who cannot afford a Apple car play type set up in their car should not be allowed to drive . Calling ,Texting , sending emails, whatsapp , pornhub etc etc . all legal !

  4. She's essentially parked in stationary traffic, noticed you immediately so is clearly aware of her surroundings, and was polite and demur throughout.

Are you implying something serious happened before the shared clip above, in which nothing worthy of prosecution occurred? I couldn't see any info in the description or elsewhere?

  5. 0:09 – Is it just me . . . . or is she giving off, and OOZING that 'Uber' Sexy-Secretary vibe??
"I'll be needing you to put in some overtime at the office tonight Nicole! -Looks like you'll be working 'hard' tonight"
    Oh Boy – Ive crossed a line . . . . . I need Help!

  6. If she has to take off her reading glasses to drive, then when she has them on her vision is probably substandard as per UK driving legislation. Which means this is not just a mobile phone violation -it is being in charge of a vehicle with defective eyesight. Normally this is driving with "uncorrected eyesight" -I think my UK license as this as a requirement. Here it is that she deliberately adjusted her eyesight to be able to read things inside the cabin rather than look at what things outside the cabin she needs to be aware of.
Maybe they should've included that in the prosecution

  7. Im not usually a fan of the whole "YouTube shaming thing' but two incidents in my life make what this guy does an exception.
    1. Way back in 2003, when it first became illegal to actually hold a phone against your ear and have a conversation, a prat in a van (I was walking on the pavement) driving towards me, phone in one hand, sandwich in the other, steering with his knees.. seriously! Im very grateful for the postbox next to me, if I hadn't been able to jump behind it when he mounted the curb, I wouldn't be typing this now.
    2. Day before good Friday, 2022, westbound A40 out of London. Gridlocked and sat in the queue, handbrake on. Torpedoed by an Audi A4 doing about 60 (hadn't seen the brakelights). My car was a mess but I got out ok, shaking, looking at the Audi thinking 'no chance.. hes dead'… The whole front end just wasn't there. Somehow, the driver had crawled out through the passenger door (the driver's door pretty much wasn't there anymore)… still clutching his phone!!
I don't know how he survived, or how i didn't have my back broken.
Seriously, anyone reading this… Put your bloody phone away when you drive. It may not go wrong for you for a long time, but when it does, its quick and merciless. Don't risk yourself, don't put your family through identifying you on a slab. I will never forget the sound of the impact or forget how i wanted to throw up at the thought of getting into a car for a long time after i was crashed into.

  8. How dangerous was she being??? Sat stationary in a line of stationary vehicles. Why don’t you pedal your little bike along the motorway and film all the people on their phones whilst ACTUALLY driving. Then you’ll get a thumbs up from me.

  9. It does surprise me how many people you see doing this. Thanks for your video's. 12 years ago I was run over by a lady on the phone entering a roundabout who didn't see me cycling.
