Bought this Bridgestone CB-2 for $80👌
It’s my first project bike, y’all have any suggestions on upgrades on the budget friendly side for this one?
Very nice bike, though where’s your front license plate? Pretty sure you need that

Cable housing, grips, and possibly pedals that match the decals would look great. Or pick a third color that compliments the black and blue…
Aesthetically, that saddle is dork dork dorky. I’d swap that out for anything else. If you have a coop in town, just grab any old saddle that looks a little sleeker.
Ride for a while and decide if you like that handlebar position. A shorter stem, or flatter bars, or both, may be an improvement, but no way to know yet.

Front wheel q/r is in an ambiguous/ unsafe position.

V Brakes are always good and affordable upgrades for a bike. Other than this, I’d say ride it, and with time figure out what it needs.
