Would this be a good idea?

My frame doesn’t allow for me to attach a direct mount derailleur, it only allows me to attach derailleurs that have a hook that you slide into the dropout then tighten. I found this sort of “derailleur hanger” that would allow you to attach a direct mount derailleur and would widen my options when looking for a new derailleur. Most derailleurs that have that hook mount are cheap garbage. Would this conversion hanger be a good idea? In the comments I will attach a photo of my bikes derailleur so you can have a better understanding of what I’m talking about.
