Too good to be true?

Thanks to everyone for always providing helpful insight and advice. Looking to snag this 2018 Trek Emonda SL 6 Pro for $1550. Second owner used for around 200 miles (first owner "took really good care of it, outside of the miles he rode") and cited lack of use due to kids. 28mm tires instead of the previous 24mm and last looked over at a LBS recently. Seems like a pretty sweet deal and I just wanted to see what you all think. For reference this will be my first bike, I understand the concern over carbon wheels and rim brakes, as well as the more aggressive geometry, however, this seems like a super great deal to pass.
