This is part 1 from a six week stay in Europe during the summer of 2023. I started in my native Slovakia, where I spent few days in Bratislava (first time since pre-COVID!) and then traveled to the historical spa town of Pieštany known for mud mineral water to take a look at the status of an apartment I bought there. We got lucky in that we arrived during the Season Opening festival featuring concerts and a parade. We also made a quick trip to my home town of Banská Bystrica, where the annual marathon was taking place. Take a look at the video to see what Slovakia has to offer.
