I struggled to find detailed information about pogies for my Electric C Line, so I wanted to share that the large standard mountain bike Bar Mitts brand pogies fit the M style handlebars well. No issues with braking or ringing the bell.
If you're in Chicago, they carry them at Tailwind on Lawrence (but they're out of stock until next week since I bought the last pair yesterday).

How do they sit when folded?
I won’t come between anyone and their retail therapy, but I got toasty bar mitts for under $15. 😅
(My only issue with bar mitts is that I can’t see what gear I’m in.)
