Hi! My 60 year old mother would like to learn how to ride a bike. She is not very active and is fragile. I’d like to get her a comfortable bike that she can ride around the neighborhood and on a smooth paved bike trail near her home. She will not be riding far or very often. Should I buy her this Retrospec and have a bike shop assemble it, or look for a used bike on Facebook Marketplace? What should I look for in a used bike?
