Shoutout to Denver CO for installing these new protective barriers on 29th St between Umatilla St and Tennyson St. 1.7miles worth of protective barriers! On top of that, they painted in bike lane crossings at every intersection other than the one with Colfax, and from Tennyson to Sheridan they repainted the whole bike lane in a super visible green color. Bravo Denver!

Nice!!
Will they get plowed in the snow? Is Denver set up for that?
Any progress is good news. I’ve been seeing all kinds of shit coming from Denver lately. Good infrastructure, bad infrastructure, good cycling culture, bad culture, and lots of smack-talking about the local govt. I just hope Denver cyclists get what they need and stay safe out there. I’m a Utahn but I love Colorado.
We can accept improvements where we see them while still working on larger issues. Both can be done at the same time.
Sweet!
I couldn’t afford to stay in Denver but I’m glad to see my former home city improve.
