This plastic part fell off from my rear derailleur and I have no idea what the exact name is. I posted here a gallery of Photos where the thing comes from.
How?
After shifting yesterday. I was doing my indoor training session and after being done, I grabbed my rear wheel as usual, set it up and shifted to leave the chain back to where it was (visually in the middle when looking down at it from the seat). I have done this with my Canyon Alu disc wmn 7.0 for years and nothing happened. This is a brand new bike, Liv Langma Advance Pro 0 (di2 Shimano) and surprise surprise…
I still have to take it to my local retailer (closed now for Christmas vacation) and get some help there (warranty?) but in the meantime, I am curious and my Google search was not very successful (or I am just plain ignorant, which I completely admit to.

That is not a user serviceable part, the derailleur will need to be replaced as a whole. Hopefully under warranty!
Bad news, that derailleur is done. Should be covered by warranty. Not the first time I’ve seen it happen to the 12 speed derailleurs, seems like a design flaw.
Thats no part to replace! It broke and the rear derailleur is defect
Call Shimano and ask for an Ultegra Mooseknuckle.
That piece would not be identified anywhere other than on a Shimano exploded diagram of the RD. It’s probably considered part of an “assembly” and not listed separately.
The part name is “Warranty replacement for Ultegra Di2 Derrailleur”.
That is part of the pivot, and is not replaceable and not serviceable. This is the first time I see a derrailleur breaking at that point.
