In the picture shows double chain ring. It's from an older bike that's been put onto this bike. It's a full speed ahaid 50/34 11 speed. I think the outside ring has done about 15,000 km and the inside ring only a few 100. I spend 99.9% of my time in the large ring and a lot of my riding time is spent powering. I run a 3 chain rotation and proper clean at every 300km. The 3 chains are sort of new at about 1500km each chain so a total of 4500km on the current 3 chains and current cassette which also gets cleaned well and religiously at every 300km. Chains aren't even at 0.75% wear yet. I've noticed over the past couple of months, 1 of my chains will come off the large chain ring when I pedal with high torque. The last couple of weeks, another of the 3 chains has started doing the same thing.
All chains are at an equal level of use within at most 100km of each other.
The reason in posting here this question is because to me the large ring doesn't look too worn.
Can anyone tell me, no I'm wrong and its totally worn?

Your chain could also be causing the problem. I’ve never seen one with the red. There is a simple tool to measure how worn it is. Bike shop can measure it for you.

Have you checked the chain for wear?
The ring looks okay, I think you might have better luck with the front derailleur lowered by around 2 or 2.5mm, it looks a bit too high up. Will require cable adjust and fine tuning, but that should help to keep the chain from slipping over.
Maybe post a picture of your legs
Front derailleur that is not in a correct position anymore. That’s seems to me the most possible cause.
Or maybe slightly loose crank because of worn out bearings in the bottom bracket?
From your description it sounds like the large chain rong indeed is the problem. It’s perfectly possible for it to be worn when you can’t really see it.
That said, you actually can see the valleys between the teeth are starting to deepen out.
