Open to other options, but these are two I have my eyes on. Not trying to spend $300 but also don’t want to regret the purchase. The propero is similar to the old prevail 2 that seemingly everyone had. I think they look decent. The Aether looks like an Aries from the front, although the back looks a little like a bug. I’m riding a kask protone right now. Gripes are that it looks mushroomy and sweat pours down my glasses. I’m in the south and sweat profusely.

I used to ride giros but switched to Specialized, they look better and I think it’s lighter as well. The muhroom thing is real. I don’t like the subscription beacon Specialized have, and take it off. So I’d go Specialized.
If you can reach up to a Prevail get that lightweight and the best one for the money for three of them.
