It usually indicates that your rim tape needs to be replaced. Basically the sharp edge of the opening where the valve stem goes is cutting your tube. You will keep having the same problem if you replace the tube without first replacing the rim tape.
Your tire pressure is a little low and the tire is allowed to slip on the rim, shifting the rim tape and the tube until the valve is angled to where it can contact and become cut on the valve hole of the rim.
Sand the valve hole on the inside of the rim to get rid of sharp edges, re-tape with something like self adhesive Velox rim tape, and check tire pressures more frequently.
This tube cannot be patched, but now you’ve got a cool bungee cord to tie stuff down/together with.

You can sand it round a bit on top of replacing the rim tape as mentioned.
I got the same puncher after almost 1000 miles on a tube. I counted it as wear and tearm
For future reference r/bikewrench is good for repair stuff
Go easy when pumping your tyre, support it with your thumb and make sure the valve stem nut is done up to the rim.
