Looks OK for 125. AM 3×7 drivetrain if I’m seeing right, so it’s early STI shifting (did they have 7 speed STI?). Probably needs a new chain and freewheel, definitely needs a cleaning and tune up. If it’s the right size for you it’d be an OK starter/commuter.
