Modern cassettes and chainring teeth have numerous non-symmetrical features designed to aid shifting. Look closely at the cassette as a whole and you will be able to work out the patterns.

It’s fine. Look at it with a magnifying glass. That is a machined profile, not wear. If you know the Shimano part number, do an image search and examine the results.
