Not a bmx, it’s a “wheelie bike”/“bike life” bike.
The geometry is extremely different. A 26”, 27.5”/650b, or 29”/700c bmx has a higher bottom bracket. It also would have a 14mm rear dropout and usually u-brakes instead of v-brakes, but not always.
The bars have too much of a rise, the seat and seat post are shit-tier.
