Today, I learned that when you order your bike online and you build it in your backyard, you can’t ride it straight out of the box. You have to put stupid air in the stupid tires, and also I don’t think I have the stamina for this, but I already bought the damn bike, so I gotta figure it out. The bike got stuck outside some random house about five minutes into the ride, and I got to listen to this man scream at his poor family while I stuffed the tire back into the side wall. Also, I think I might be too heavy, which is just great. I haven’t ridden in years, so my balance is also very off, and I thought I was gonna be able to ride this to work next week.FML

Stick with it! It’s all part of learning. The good news is it will be incredibly hard to have a worse ride than this, so things can only get better! You got this!
It’s pretty
It looks like your fork is mounted backwards as well.
Only way is up from here 🕊️🕊️
Some people never take the first steps
one word of advice don’t lay the bike on the drive side( the chain side) you can bend or damage the deraileur that way.
That bike is not too heavy, stop making excuses/ sabotaging yourself
You might need to give yourself some extra time to get to work, but keep at it!!! Spend a few extra dollars and let the local bike shop check it over for you. Shouldn’t be much. But a water bottle from them and some Gatorade while you’re at it
