Why? It’s getting frustrating, I used to do the water trick and they’d glaze, now I do the stupid 30 minute process and it still glazes, I do five starts and slows and then let it rest for 5 minutes+ and do it again multiple times. It glazes no matter what!

Is your rotor clean?
They look contaminated to me. It looks like oil has seeped in and is concentrated in the middle.
WTH is a water trick?
It’s often cheaper to just toss the pads, but if you really care, you need to heat them up. Toss them in a toaster oven after sanding off the top layer.
Don’t bother doing any of these without also cleaning your rotors properly.
Last, stop putting weird crap on your bike, you are likely causing this by getting cleaner on your pads.
