Help me choose

Hi,

I’m in need of a commuter bike to get to work and back (45min). Buying 2nd hand and found the following options:

Norco City Cruiser 7 speed (170CAD)
Kona Blast (130CAD)

Both recently tuned up.

I live in Vancouver, so rainy conditions and lots of hills. Will be cycling in quiet streets.

Norco appeals to me more (the upright position seems more comfortable), but research says the disk brakes on the Kona would be better suited and it’s cheaper?

Would be selling again in a year, so would like it to hold its value better.
