I might buy a 3d printer and just make knock off ones for like 15 bucks.
Pull wheel taught, hand tighten chain side, push wheel against chain stays from non chain side to keep pressure and tension while mostly tightening chain side. Now straighten wheel and tighten non chain side. Perfect tension and alignment without any headache. Takes like 30 seconds.

Pull back on your non drive side axle so the wheels crooked in the frame and the chain is tight and tighten that side, then tighten drive side, then loosen and retighten non drive again. If the chains too tight, loosen and retighten each side, one at a time so the wheel walks itself in a little bit. Repeat until chain is the tension you want.

Does it work with all rim and tyre widths?
It is made by woodier designs i believe. He also makes custom ones and bar ends and things.
I think it is a waste of money.
A block of wood can do the same thing

Got one, works killer. Bought it directly from the guy that makes them and saved $5.
Obviously it’s one of the most unnecessary tools in my box, but, it certainly works. To me, it’s worth it. Cuts maybe 5 minutes off the time it takes me to work on my back wheel, but, it’s usually the most irritating part of working on the back wheel it cuts out completely, so, I ordered one as soon as the guy posted the first ad for them.
It’s pretty much the cost of 2 value meals from McDonald’s. Worth it to me.
It’s a nice looking gimmick. If you want it, get it. Do you need it? Not really. It looks cool though!
Or jam a socket in there like we’ve done for the last 30 years
