Allen key in that bolt in the fourth picture. Counter clockwise. It’s probably a weird size like 11 or 12 mm.

See that big Allen head deep in the middle of the hub, accessed by the on drive side? Turn that counter clockwise. The opposite direction of the hub engagement. It’s probably a 15-16mm Allen key. The freehand comes off as a unit.

Usually with a long hexbit in size 17 stick it in from the other side and turn clockwise.

As the others said, get a nice, tight fitting allen key. My best results, because these are often TIGHT, is to clamp the key in a vice, slow the wheel onto it and then turn it like a steering wheel. make sure you’re turning it the right direction.

Likely a 10mm hex/allen key wrench if it’s a standard axle, may be some obscure larger size if not. But get one inside and lefty loosey, should be good to go
