They are a standard size, but which one used is specific to the hanger. Typically, they’re a metric thread. M2.5, M3, or M4.

Which bolt are you talking about? The one that the derailer has in it to thread into that opening? Yes that’s a standard size almost every bike shop. Should have a re-threading tool for that. Many years ago there was a smaller diameter but now they have standardized.
