I just purchased a second hand 2022 Specialized Allez. It has basic set up with Shimano Claris and Axis sport wheels. Is it worth upgrading? I'm not super serious but I do like a nice ride. Any suggestions welcome

Saddle, bike shorts/bibs, pedals(and shoes), tires, bar tape. Then ride the snot out of it.
If youre still on stock tires, some gp5000 in 28mm and some ridenow/ciclami tpu tubes!

Like nice things… You already got it. Congrats. Looks tidy. Strangely you got a pedal cage on one pedal and not the other. But other than that, make sure tires are in good condition. Could upgrade to clipless pedals if you get more serious. Get some decent kit and a saddle that works and have fun. Oh and maybe a saddle bag to keep your tools and spare tube.
I have an Allez myself, it’s worth upgrading. My first upgrade on this one would be clipless pedals, and adding a mount for my GPS.
Next, how is the gearing range? Does it suit your needs? If not, a different rear cassette could be a very practical upgrade (wider range, or narrower, as you may prefer).
If you have favorite tires, that would also be worth considering. I would also go with lighter tubes like the Continental Race Light models, it’s rotating weight.
For accessories, if you don’t want to move your seat bag and tool kit back and forth, you could get a seat bag and tools for this one too.
I had this bike, had to get new wheels straight away because those hubs are dog shit. Also the claris 8 speed group set is junk. Ride it until you can afford to upgrade the whole bike
