Can anyone help? I pulled on the di2 cable at the back and can’t get it back in. Have tried pushing it with a pipe cleaner but it seems to get bunched up inside. I thought pulling on the cable at the front would work but that just meant that won’t go back in at the front either 🙄. To make it worse, this (third pic) bit of black plastic came off at the front by the wire too and I have no idea what it’s for. Any help gratefully received.

  1. The piece of black plastic goes in the back of the front derailleur to guide the cable to the side to keep it away from the tyre.

To pull the cables back into the frame, find out whether the battery is accessed from the top of the seat post or the bottom bracket area and pull the cables from there.

  2. Is the bike still shifting or are the wires now disconnected from the battery? Theoretically you should be able to just wiggle them back into the frame.

The plastic bit slides over the wire-end for the front derailleur to nicely tuck the wire away. Check the manual on si.shimano.com if it remains unclear.
