I have this old Specialized Rockhopper and I'm planning on upgrading the tires to Maxxis DHR II 2.3s. And for the rims, going to get the Ztto Enduro wheelset which has 25.8mm internal width and 31.5mm external. I just got into bike repairs and idk what Im really doing is right.

My problem is that I dont know if the tire will fit on the rims or if the actual wheel will fit on the bike. Maybe it'll be too wide? Idk, I'd like to know your opinions. Thanks for the help!
