I have the same bike as in the pic, its not as clean. I have a few chips and scratches down to the metal on mine. I want to get it powder coated so looks new. Probably in the Bianchi Teal color instead of dark blue.
Anything I should be aware of? Im wondering about what price to expect and if they will be able to mask of the chome bits.

Well, Reddit cannot answer this question, but I can give you a ball park estimate.
I’ve seen companies offering repainting a bike starting at 250€. Powder coating may be a little more expensive, plus the paint needs to get stripped and the chrome needs to be masked.
I would guess 500€ minimum, if you want the decals re-applied even more.
Don’t know if it will work well with powder coat, tho.
Maybe other people can give more insight from personal experience, but that’s the reason why I decided NOT to have my vintage bike repainted as it would cost more than I paid for the bike itself.
I just got some enamel paint and touched up the chips. Then I spent much more money on upgrading components 😉
Price depends on location. In my city prices range from $120 to $250 for a bike frame, forks and bars to get powdercoated. Yes the chrome can be masked. The bike also has to be disassembled and no repairs are done. Places that fix any dents or dings charge more. C4 labs will fix any problems and they have prices listed online. I know several people that have had bikes powdercoated by Chip.

I have two bikes that have been powder coated. $200 each. Included bead blasting. They did a good job, except one of them required a little dremeling of drips. Don’t forget to get bb and head tubes faced.
