  1. So wonderful to see how the female biology is being explored by trainers who truely want the best for their client. Being a 52 year old who has been healthy for 51 years, good diet and activity levels to someone whose body has gone totally off the scale to inner workings being all over the place it is so important to understand the hormone cycles and being open to seeing the importance of the right exercise helping the version of us on the horizon of old age rather than what we look like now in our favourite outfit.
