Just finished up a mod to my gravel bike and pretty stoked on the result. I realized last year on my previous gearing set up, 42T chainring with 11-42 cassette that I needed more top and low end gearing for my riding style which is local gravel riding, gravel events (some racing), and bikepacking. I went with a Garbaruk wide range set up with a 44T chainring up front and 11-50T cassette. This gives me a bit more high end gear with a ton of low end for climbing. Haven’t fully put it to the test but pumped for getting this thing out.
