That axle looks more than a bit bent. I wouldn’t use it.

You should be able to replace the axle if you can find one with the proper diameter and threads.
You can bend it straight. It is very likely going to break but at least it will run better. This axle is easily available amazon or wheels manufacturing eBay etc. These axles are still made for lower end bicycles ebikes etc. Measure the diameter of the axle and then measure the length. Threading of the axle at this point is pretty standard but might require something special. I would also look at the cones and the cups to make sure they are ok and probably regrease them.
The axe looks very bent. You can find replacements without a problem. Check with you local bike shop and they probably could help you source things
