I just replace factory forks (x-fusion) to pike select and the calipers sit further out (Shimano BR-MT200, 180mm rotors) so it doesn’t clamp the entire rotor. It looks like I need to get bigger rotors but I’m not sure about the correct size. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Doesn’t Pike start at 180 mm? So, what you have is a 160 mm rotor?!
Remove wheel, get ruler, measure outside to outside. My guess is it’s a 160.
Looks like you need a 180 but looking up specs on your fork can confirm
Pretty sure that’s a 160mm rotor, you’ll need a bigger one
In addition to a larger size, make sure you also get a centerlock rotor. Your hub is different than the usual 6 bolt style. A visit to your LBS would likely get you set up easily.
