I'm stating from northern Illinois and I'll probably make my way down towards Texas. Depending how long that takes I may head either east or west.
I have a 6 person tent so it should be big enough for my bike and the cart. I have a regular cart for my bike but I don't think it can carry 160lbs.
This is what I am having to buy so far. I haven't purchased anything from the list yet. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2LV05UGGAGQS8?ref_=wl_share

Way way too much crap. You’ll ditch 1/2 of it in the first week. Spend your money on a few pieces of high quality lightweight hiking gear andmission critical equipment like the best quality longest burning lights you can get. Ditch the trailer idea and 6 person tent which probably weighs 20lbs. Why carry 55lbs when you can carry 35lbs?

160 lbs?
I don’t think I am seeing your whole list, but I carry *way* less than that. The only time I’ve ever pulled a trailer was touring with my kids and I still didn’t have 160 lbs of stuff.
Why do you feel like you need to bring your bike and trailer inside a tent? Nobody does that. If it’s going to rain overnight throw your poncho over the bike’s handlebars and saddle.
Ditch the battery operated inflator. Get a Topeak Road Morphe G pump.
Why have both a rain jacket and a rain poncho. Pick one.
