I am upgrading my 2004 Specialized Allez from 9 speed to 10 speed.
I am replacing a Shimano Ultegra CS 6500 11-21T with an Ultegra CS 6700 11-28T.
Replacing 105 ST 5510 shifters with Dura Ace ST 7800.
New Shimano 10 speed chain. I believe my existing RD 7700 will work with the 10 speed shifters and the 28T cog.
My question is, do my chainrings appear worn enough to warrant replacing? I am also not seeing a lot of good options for 130 BCD replacement chainrings.

Two options I found are these [Praxis](https://praxiscycles.com/product/road-rings/) for $110 and these [FSA Pro Road](https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=5616&category=2629) for $99.
Should I replace or not?
