Hi everyone! Do you peeps know if I can remove the chainrings from this crank and if that makes any sense? It seems I would only be able to mount a single chainring but that's not an issue since I was planning to mount these cranks on an old dirtbike frame.

those look riveted on. The cranks themselves are probably the exact same model as ones that would bolt on, but they went a cheaper route for the chainrings. Drill press if you have one so you don’t mess up the holes.
Oh wait I take it back, they wanted a faux set of 5 bolts so they stamped the steel where the outer ring should be. I’d check the BCD on that inner ring to make sure it matches aftermarket options… Also just an FYI you may well need to drill and tap threads into the cranks. IF these are a model specifically made to be joined this way, that isn’t guaranteed to work.
If you mean replace them originally? No, this is intended to be replaced in total.
If you mean make a Frankenstein crank out of it, with a single chainring? It is probably possible to drill the rivets out. If you measure the diameter on the outside of the grey part (outside diameter of the five visible ‘legs’) then you can lookup if this is an available size for chainrings. It might work, we cannot know before you try these two things. Not much is lost if you try and it doesn’t work.
Cheaper riveted crankset.
Find a bolted together set to use instead.
Replacing the rings on this inexpensive riveted crankset would be more expensive than replacing the entire crank.

Chinese copy of Shimano Alivio FC-MC16 from the mid 90s. No chance of altering any part of it.
There is nothing weird with this crank. As far as I can tell it’s fine as it is and it only needs good cleaning.
Don’t mess with it-you will only ruin perfectly fine crankset.
