Should still work and yes, very easy to replace. A good bike shop could give you a used one for free
Easy to replace, but also mostly cosmetic. It is only a cover to give you a more comfortable grip. It serves no other purpose. I never bother replacing mine when they break.
You’re fine to keep riding it as is. As others said, easy/cheap to replace
It’s fine to be gone. Doesn’t effect the actual wheel
Your a good to go. As long as the metal nut is there its all good.
Just go buy a new one.
