I primarily mtb but realise that my Marin San Quentin 3 will be of not much use in my first triathlon so I’ve found some marketplace finds was just hoping a friendly stranger who knows more than me can help me make a decision. I’m 195cm tall for reference.

I am not very informed about these triathlon bikes. But I would go for that polygon, it is more current, the others have an old geometry and old components.
Can’t comment on the polygon but the other ones are absurdly priced – way too high
Do I need a special bike for a triathlon?
You can just ride a normal road bike in a triathlon. But if you want to take advantage of the aero benefits of a triathlon bike, and either don’t have the budget nor want to purchase a TT bike, a pair of clip-on tri bars could be a good compromise.
Not a bad idea btw…..
