It’s a children’s bike, would fit a 9 or 10 year old. Is that what you’re looking for?

As far as MSRP goes, it’s on the low end of similarly specced bikes, so the price is alright. As for being a “good deal”, I’d say no. No suspension, weak mechanical disc brakes, and bottom of the barrel components, it may be good enough to ride but it’s not an investment in enjoying trail riding.
If you’re okay with a used bike, this is absolutely the way to go. You can likely find some really good deals on 24″ that have been outgrown.
While I don’t know all the good bike deals out there, I see a Polygon online with a front suspension fork and otherwise similar specs, I’d be more inclined to get this if you plan any riding on rough terrain.
